To develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) tailored to enterprise needs. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate LLMs into client solutions, building intelligent assistants, search systems, and automation tools. The role requires a strong understanding of prompt design, LLM lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral)
- Proficiency in Python and experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embedding models
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, cost optimization, and ethical AI principles
- Experience working in agile teams and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
To design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical objectives, analyze structured and unstructured data, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- BS/MS/PhD in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Over 3 years of experience working on applied machine learning problems in a commercial setting
- Proficient in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn), SQL, and data visualization libraries (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn, Plotly)
- Experience with end-to-end model lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment
- Knowledge of experimentation methods (e.g., A/B testing), statistical inference, and causal analysis
- Strong communication skills to convey findings to technical and non-technical audiences

- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in designing and deploying data pipelines in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and tools like Airflow, Spark, Kafka, and dbt
- Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and building data lakes or data warehouses
- Strong understanding of data quality, versioning, and lineage practices
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and enabling data consumption for analytics and machine learning use cases
To maintain and develop the current infrastructure and CI/CD processes, you will troubleshoot issues, manage service incidents, provide rapid resolutions, and conduct root cause analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate with software engineers to enhance software delivery, application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Over 3 years of commercial experience as a DevOps engineer, with strong expertise in managing and deploying applications in AWS and working with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab.
- Proficient in Python, Bash, or Ruby, and experienced in setting up and maintaining monitoring and alerting tools, as well as Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of networking and security concepts, and strong spoken English (B2/C1) for collaboration with international teams.

He/she must have very strong communication and analytical skills and an ability to work as part of an agile team.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related subject
- 10-15 years of experience on Big Data platform like Hadoop, HBase, CouchDB, Hive, Pig etc.
- Experienced with data modeling, design patterns, building highly scalable and secured analytical solution
